After we have processed your cancellation form, you will receive an email confirming that cancellation is complete. From here, we will open a ticket for a field technician to remove the e-vergent radio and any other equipment from your location. If you need a scheduled appointment, please call or email us with your request. If you’ve cancelled your service before the end of your service agreement, you will be sent a final bill with the remaining amount due.
